Your check-in time
GetYourGuide's own listing carries two different gate times for this luau. Rather than guess, go by whatever time is printed on your voucher for your specific date.
Parking at the resort
Guests of the Royal Kona Resort have their own arrangements; everyone else can park on site on a first-come, first-served basis, with validation at check-in costing $5 — card only, no cash accepted.
If the weather turns
Heavy rain moves the evening indoors rather than cancelling it outright. If the luau itself does have to be called off, guests are offered a refund or a rescheduled date rather than simply losing the booking.
Dietary needs
Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options are already part of the standing buffet, which covers most common requests without advance notice. The kitchen doesn't go beyond those three categories for special requests.
Booking as a larger group
If your party is splitting across more than one GetYourGuide booking, call the venue ahead of your date so the tables can be arranged together. Without that call, seating fills on a first-come basis as guests arrive, and separate bookings aren't automatically seated side by side.
On the night
Bring a valid ID, dress comfortably for an outdoor evening, and expect the fire-knife finale to run close to the two-and-a-half-hour mark from check-in. Souvenir photos are offered for purchase with no obligation to buy.
